One-Time Report Purchases

All one-time purchases of individual project reports are non-refundable.

  • Reasoning: Upon completing your purchase, you receive immediate, full access to and the ability to download the comprehensive report. As this is a digital product where the full value is delivered instantly, we cannot offer a refund once the purchase is made. We encourage users to explore our free sample report to understand the product before making a purchase.

Subscription Plans

Subscription fees for our Pro plan, whether billed monthly or annually, are non-refundable.

  • Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will continue to have full access to all premium features until the end of your current, pre-paid billing period.
  • No Pro-rated Refunds: We do not offer partial or pro-rated refunds for subscriptions that are canceled mid-period. For example, if you cancel an annual subscription after three months, you will retain access for the remaining nine months, but you will not be refunded for that time.

Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider offering a refund in the following exceptional cases, at our sole discretion:

  • Verifiable Technical Issues: If a verifiable technical error on the Dynabase.ai platform prevented you from accessing your purchased report or service.
  • Billing Errors: In the event of a duplicate charge or other demonstrable billing error from our payment processor.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund based on the exceptional circumstances listed above, you must contact our support team at support@dynabase.ai within 7 days of the transaction date.
